My staff and I are dedicated to providing sailing enthusiasts unique pathways into the sailing world.

you in realizing your sailing potential and goals. Since we are not just a Sailing Certification Center but also a Sailing Club, your long term yachting education and success is pinnacle to Getaway therefore we are committed to making you the best sailor you can possibly be.

Office Open Daily 10am-6pm The Getaway Sailing office and classrooms are conveniently located in the West Marine building about 75 yards from our docks.
The entrance to the office building is directly across the street from the West Marine parking
lot. Building doors are open M-F. On weekends
use the buzzer to enter the building and take the elevator to the second floor Suite 230.
Sometimes we are between the docks and the office so please call ahead of time so we can be sure you can find us!
The Getaway Marina
The Getaway Sailing Marina is located directly across from the Safeway and Starbucks just off Boston Street in Canton section of Baltimore.
For directions using GPS use the Safeway address located at:
2601 Boston Street
Baltimore, MD 21224.
Our docks are private in appearance so please look for the yellow and blue Getaway Sailing logo signs posted directly on the gate entrance of the docks.
PLEASE NOTE: We are on premise with the Baltimore Marine Center and Bo Brooks however we are totally separate and our docks are completely visible from Boston Street. Please note the dock location in the diagram to the right. Our pier is parallel to Boston Street. The BMC Marina Pier is a different marina!
Parking
We recommend parking on Boston Street.
It's free and there is almost always a spot. Additional parking is also available on Odonnell Street and a short walk to our docks.
Bo Brooks Restaurant offers an adjacent parking lot however fees are charged by the hour.
