TeamSail Regatta
Learn to sail as a team in Baltimore! Our high-energy TeamSail Regatta utilizes our fleet of matched one design racing boats for an exciting regatta. Our 23 ft. Sonar sailboat allows five participants, plus our skipper, to sail in comfort and
safety while taking an active role in sailing the boat.
Sailing by nature requires that the skipper and crew
work together as a team, smoothly and effectively.
Communication and leadership skills are practiced in
an environment bound to excite and entertain.
Sailing enhances group interaction while enjoying a
little light-hearted competition.

Premium Challenge
Premium Challenge is designed for groups of six or less ideal for executives level teambuilding or an excellent way to reward your office staff. Step aboard our beautiful Beneteau 34.4 for an exhilirating day of team building or a fun day of sailing on the Chesapeake Bay.
This teambuilding program divides the group onboard to create the competition. Racing the course against the clock and each other the teams experience the thrill of this powerful boat under full sail and the excitement of having the Captain
turn full control over to each team member.

Do you have a small to medium sized office staff or sales team that you would like to reward? This beautiful 45 ft boat is available out of Annapolis as well as the Baltimore Inner Harbor providing Teambuilding events as well as casual Harbor Sail outings.
Accomodating up to 19 participants this program is designed for the larger group that would like to participate on one boat, Getaway offers this teambuilding experience on the "Pintita". This is a 45 foot U.S. Coast Guard Inspected vessel.
On Pintita Outings, the group is divided into thirds. Each group take a turn with learning
while the Pintita sails out of the Baltimore Inner
Harbor and surrounding area.
The final "teaming" of the group occurs when the participants are asked to sail the Pintita back into the harbor under minimal supervision!
